Introduction：The quantitative method of vomiting toxin fluorescence immunoassay POCT detection kit is based on the methodological principle of time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay technology. It uses the high specificity of immune reaction and unique fluorescent microspheres as antibody tracer markers, and combines with the high-sensitivity time-resolved fluorescence technology and POCT concept to establish a new non radioactive high-sensitivity, strong specificity, simple and fast operation ultra trace determination method. It completely overcomes the disadvantages of colloidal gold and ELISA methods, such as poor repeatability and stability, complex chromatography/mass spectrometry operation, and high cost.

【Scope of application】

This product is suitable for rapid quantitative detection of vomitoxin concentration in grains (corn, rice, wheat, etc.) and their products, feed, and raw materials. The sample pretreatment is simple, and the entire detection process only takes about 16 minutes (pretreatment for 10 minutes+detection for 6 minutes). It is suitable for production and processing enterprises and circulation enterprises of various grain, oil, rice, flour, feed, and related foods, third-party testing institutions, and government regulatory departments at all levels.
