Infrared inoculation ring sterilizer needs to see the essence through things
Infrared inoculation ring sterilizers are divided into two categories: lower exhaust pressure steam sterilizers and pre vacuum pressure steam sterilizers. The downward exhaust pressure steam sterilizer, also known as the gravity displacement pressure steam sterilizer, uses the principle of gravity displacement to sterilize by allowing hot steam to flow from top to bottom in the sterilizer, and discharging cold air through the lower exhaust hole. The discharged cold air is replaced by saturated steam, and the latent heat released by the steam is used to sterilize the items.
When customers choose infrared sterilizers for external use, they should pay more attention and learn more about them. They should try to choose products that have appeared in the market earlier. In the process of operating and applying infrared sterilizers, we should pay attention to some operating precautions and procedures:
1. When encountering emergency situations together, you can directly turn off the power switch to terminate the operation.
2. When cleaning the interior of the infrared sterilizer, use a cloth soaked in isopropanol or other mild cleaning agents and wrung out to wipe the outside of the instrument. Please note that when cleaning and wiping the outer part of the heater and the power connection line connector, do not drip the wiping cloth to avoid short circuiting and damaging the instrument.
3. Regularly check the inner surface of the heater for obvious scratches, cracks, or residue accumulation for the infrared sterilizer.
4. The retention time of items such as vaccination rings/needles in the heating chamber should not be too long to avoid heating up the handle and reducing its service life.
